If your order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and issue a refund if payment has been processed.

Orders are subject to our Refund and Returns Policy, which complies with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). You warrant that all purchases are for personal use and not for resale.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise indicated.

We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, or fees without prior notice. Shipping and handling charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

  1. You are authorised to use the payment method.

  2. The payment details are accurate and valid.

  3. You will honour all charges made under your account.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Ownership and risk pass to you upon dispatch from our facility, in accordance with Section 19 of the CPA.

Please inspect your goods immediately upon receipt and notify us within 7 days if there are any issues.

All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of Inyathi Products or its licensors and protected under South African copyright and trademark law.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the platform that enables sales and payments.

However, all transactions occur directly between you and Inyathi Products. Shopify is not a party to your contract and bears no responsibility for your purchase, delivery, or any resulting liability.

Your personal information is processed in accordance with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and our Privacy Policy.

Because our Services are hosted by Shopify, your data is also subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy, available here.
