Return and Refund Policy (South Africa)

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

In accordance with the CPA, if your product is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to request a repair, replacement, or refund within 6 months of delivery.
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards unless the product is defective under the CPA.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the replacement item.

Cooling-Off Period (Online Purchases)

If your purchase was made online or by phone, you are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).
During this period, you may cancel your purchase for any reason and receive a full refund, provided the goods are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
